Logoarte was a proyect for create a isotype for a famous artist, Alfred Kubin. After
a deep investigation about the author, I wanted to catch in a isotype the esence of Kubin so, is collected previously the information, the necessary one to be able to carry out this project, of an artist dedicated in soul and body to art, specifically to terror and restlessness, creating in those who see his work a feeling so staunch and primitive, playing with the mind, the forms, the harshness, the cruelty ... in short, the acrimony for a world in which he never adapted or finished understanding. So, regarding the graphic line, the path is taken towards for a type of clean design, which expresses the feelings that the work of this genius of terror created in the viewer.
The work begins with the use of elements that express the oppression that terror or fear represents in the human being, it is played with an elongated typeface such as Bebas Neue, in order to make use of the compression in the typography in half, in capitals, due to the meaning it gives it, the feeling of the terror screams, stuns, is great and overwhelming.
The hands with sharp nails generate greater concern for the audience and give greater richness to the design when understood visually and textually, in the form of this.
After a study of color, look for colors that provide a wake-up call, that show the danger of the author's work. The black and yellow, a parallelism with which the animals warn of their poison and danger, like spiders, snakes, frogs... A modern design for a work in which it has never gone out of style.
